The terms and conditions described on this page ("Terms") apply to the 999bs platform and all its services. By opening an account or starting to use the platform, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

999bs reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms. We therefore recommend reviewing this page regularly.

Section 01

Eligibility & Age Requirements

The following conditions must be met to use the 999bs platform:

• You must be at least 21 years old (for users aged 21 and above only).
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or any other country where online gaming is not prohibited.
• You are not subject to any government or legal restrictions.
• You are a real individual opening an account for yourself — not on behalf of any third party.

Section 02

Account Registration & Security

2.1 Registration

Each individual may open only one 999bs account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be closed and any earned bonuses and rewards may be forfeited.

All information provided at registration — name, mobile number, date of birth — must be accurate and up to date. Providing incorrect information may cause issues when withdrawing funds later.

2.2 Password & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify the 999bs support team immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing withdrawal requests or certain account requests, 999bs may require documents for identity verification (Know Your Customer). This may include a copy of your national ID or passport, and a utility bill or address verification document. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

999bs currently accepts deposits via the following mobile financial services:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile payment service
• Nagad — Digital financial service by the postal department
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet
• Upay — Fast and secure mobile payment

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method. The maximum limit may vary depending on the specific method and account tier.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours, although in some cases it may take longer due to identity verification or security checks.

Withdrawals will be processed via the same method used for the deposit. If that is not possible for any reason, the 999bs support team will arrange an alternative.

3.3 Bonus Wagering & Withdrawal Eligibility

Winnings from bonuses must meet wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn (see Section 04 for details). Only the cash balance (the bonus-free portion) can be withdrawn at any time.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000; or deposit ৳18,000 and receive ৳8,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳26,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus has its own terms, which will be communicated on the relevant promotion page or by email.
• There is a set time limit for claiming each bonus. Once the deadline passes, the bonus will be cancelled.
• The same individual or household cannot claim a specific offer more than once.
• If abuse of bonus benefits is suspected, 999bs reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.
• Cashback bonuses are awarded according to VIP tier (see Section 05).

Gameplay Policy & VIP Program

5.1 Fair Play Guarantee

All games on 999bs operate under fair play principles. Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used across all categories including slots, casino, and sports betting, ensuring every outcome is completely impartial and unpredictable.

5.2 Technical Issues

If a game result is affected by a technical error or disconnection, 999bs will treat the last confirmed result as final. In such cases, the support team's decision is final.

5.3 VIP Program

999bs runs a four-tier VIP program for regular players:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%

Players can move up from one tier to the next through regular gaming activity. Cashback is automatically credited to the account on a weekly basis.

5.4 Sports Betting

Sports betting covers markets for cricket, football, kabaddi, and more. Displayed odds are subject to change and the odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply. Special conditions may apply when combining multiple bets on the same event.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999bs platform:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games or place bets.
• Strategic betting with the intent to circumvent bonus terms (bonus abuse).
• Operating multiple accounts from the same household or device.
• Accessing another person's account or conducting transactions on their behalf.
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or errors in the platform.
• Harassing other users or engaging in inappropriate behavior.
• Providing false or misleading information.

Section 09

Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 At the User's Initiative

You may request to close your 999bs account at any time. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before closure, however any active bonuses will be cancelled.

9.2 At the Initiative of 999bs

999bs may temporarily or permanently close your account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of terms and conditions.
• Incomplete or failed identity verification.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Extended inactivity on the account (inactive account).
• Direction from legal or regulatory authorities.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months, the account will be considered inactive. In this case, the support team will attempt to contact you via your registered number or email.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

Although 999bs operates its services with reasonable care, it accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

• If a game or bet is disrupted due to internet disconnection or issues with the user's device.
• If third-party services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are delayed or fail.
• Circumstances beyond control (natural disasters, government directives, cyberattacks).
• Loss caused by the user's own negligence or data breach.

In any particular circumstance, the maximum liability of 999bs shall never exceed the amount of the transaction in question.

11.2 Review Process

These terms and conditions shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute will be resolved through mutual discussion.
