Play responsibly,
enjoy safely
999bs believes gaming should be fun — not stressful. Our tools and guidelines help you play in a safe and informed way.
Why responsible gaming matters
Online gaming is a form of entertainment. However, uncontrolled play can sometimes cause problems in personal and family life. 999bs wants every player to play with full awareness and within their own means.
Age Verification — 21+
999bs is for individuals aged 21 and above only. Opening an account for minors is strictly prohibited, and we reserve the right to verify age at any time.
Setting Deposit Limits
You can set your own limit on how much you deposit daily, weekly, or monthly. This helps you enjoy gaming within your budget.
Time Limits and Breaks
Playing for long periods reduces focus. Use our time-out feature to take a break for a day, a week, or a month — your decision, your control.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gaming is getting out of control, use the self-exclusion option. This allows your account to be suspended for a set period or permanently.
24/7 Support
The 999bs support team is available seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day, in Bengali and English via live chat and email. Talk to us about any gaming concerns.
Stay Grounded in Reality
Gaming is a source of entertainment, not a reliable source of income. Winning or losing in any game is entirely based on chance — no strategy or pattern guarantees a win.
Signs of problematic gaming
If any of the following apply to your life, be alert and seek help. These are not signs of weakness — they are opportunities for awareness.
You are spending more than your budget and playing again to recover losses.
You are hiding your gaming from family or friends.
You are spending time gaming at the expense of work, studies, or relationships.
You want to stop playing but cannot — and feel restless or irritable when you try.
You are taking loans or borrowing money from others to fund gaming.
You are turning to gaming to cope with stress, sadness, or loneliness.
Your daily routine or sleep is being disrupted because of gaming.
After winning you are placing larger bets, and after losing you are playing again to 'win it back'.
If one or more of the above applies to you, contact support without delay. The 999bs team will be by your side without judgement.
Safe gaming tips
Building a few simple habits keeps gaming enjoyable at all times. Follow these guidelines when playing at 999bs.
- Set a fixed budget before you play and stop when it runs out — never put in extra money trying to recover a loss.
- Decide on a time limit for each gaming session in advance. Set an alarm to remind yourself.
- Avoid playing when drinking or emotionally agitated — your ability to make decisions is reduced in that state.
- Treat gaming as entertainment — like a movie ticket, with no expectation of getting money back.
- Take regular breaks. Set a time-out on your account and focus on other activities during that time.
- Take a break even after a win — many people start placing risky bets after a big win, avoid that.
- Be honest with your family. If your gaming habits are worrying your loved ones, listen to them carefully.
